Welcome to Coolio Studio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of coolio.studio and any digital products purchased or downloaded through the website.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or downloading any Coolio Studio asset, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Coolio Studio provides downloadable digital creative assets, including graphics, illustrations, templates, textures, stickers, overlays, design resources and related digital files.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account without permission.

Downloads and purchase history may be linked to your Coolio Studio account and email address.

3. Licenses

Each product is sold under the license tier selected at purchase, such as Personal, Commercial, or Extended Commercial.

The exact rights granted depend on the license purchased and any license information shown on the relevant product page.

Unless specifically permitted by the applicable license, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the original source files;
• upload the files to another marketplace, stock website, asset library, or file-sharing platform;
• claim Coolio Studio assets as your own original source assets;
• make the original downloadable files available to third parties.

You may use purchased assets only within the rights granted by your selected license.

4. Intellectual Property

Coolio Studio and its licensors retain ownership of the original digital products, artwork, files, branding and intellectual property.

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use the asset. It does not transfer ownership or copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions made through Coolio Studio.

Paddle may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks and related transaction services.

The final amount charged may include applicable VAT, GST, sales tax or other taxes based on your location.

6. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, eligible products are made available through your Coolio Studio account.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files.

We recommend maintaining your own backup copies.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Coolio Studio or its products for unlawful purposes, fraud, intellectual property infringement, malicious activity, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

8. Product Availability

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products or website functionality where reasonably necessary.

This does not remove rights you have already obtained under a valid completed purchase, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coolio Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
